FIREWALL INSTRUCTIONS
As this will be installed on machines running endpoint security tools, if any changes are made to the files within the User folder (Downloads, Documents, Desktop etc.) by the application, it will have to be whitelisted on our end – hence we would need the path and exe names etc.
Nielsen may release new versions of the software. Nielsen advises that all end Users be provided with full Read + Write access to all files and folders within the \LandsberryandJames folder. With regards to the End Point Security Tool, they are compatible with the software. Nielsen, with a wide-ranging Client base, has not had any issues in the past regarding the use of eTAM.
